Select an existing GENNARI design and work with us to find a fabric or material that makes it distinctly yours. Tell us what you’re drawn to, whether it’s a color, texture, pattern, finish, or simply a feeling, and we’ll source options specifically for your jacket.

The original design and silhouette remain, but the material transforms the piece into something entirely your own.

Because specialty textiles vary in availability and price, custom material commissions are quoted individually.

For those looking for something entirely their own, GENNARI offers a limited number of full design commissions.

Working directly with designer Joel Gennari, each commission begins with a consultation, a silhouette, an idea, a fabric, a feeling, or simply the desire for something that does not yet exist.

From there, we develop an original jacket around you, from the first sketch through the final stitch.

Full commissions may include original silhouettes, specialty textiles, personalized proportions, details, and a one of a kind piece created exclusively for you.

Because every commission is individually designed and constructed, availability is limited and pricing is determined by the scope and complexity of the piece.
