Every GENNARI jacket is made to be worn, admired, and lived in. If something isn’t right, contact us. Even when an issue falls outside our official policy, we’ll always do our best to find a fair solution.

Craftsmanship Guarantee:

If your jacket arrives with a defect in craftsmanship, including failed stitching, zipper malfunction, seam failure, or damage incurred during shipping, contact us within 90 days and we will replace or exchange your jacket.

Exchange Policy:

If our jacket is the wrong size, we will happily exchange for another size or another available jacket of equal value. We founded GENNARI because we were tired of settling for clothes that almost fit. Every customer deserves a jacket that feels like it was made for them. Return Policy:

If you are not happy with your jacket we would love to know why so that we can make it right. You may exchange or return for a refund of your order within 14 days of receiving it. Jacket must be unworn with tags attached, in its original packaging, condition, and unwashed. Refund issued to original payment.
